DIRECTOR, DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA
The Director of Digital & Social Media will report directly to the Vice President of Digital and play a critical role in expanding our digital practice. This leader will serve as both a client-facing strategist and an internal manager, ensuring SG delivers best-in-class digital and social programs that drive measurable impact.

As a Director, you will have 7–8 years of experience, experience leading multi-channel digital programs across B2B tech or enterprise, with strong foundations in social, content, paid, and executive platforms and have a track record of launching new digital channels and activating niche or technical communities across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube.


ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Account Directors are strategic PR practitioners, playing a leadership role for both clients and the SG team. Directors are responsible for client retention, setting strategies and plans of action, meeting client goals and metrics, and demonstrating a track record of producing high-quality work. Directors are expected to be a strong #2 on teams.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 yrs of PR experience, a MEDIA MAVEN with strong earned media skills and relationships across cybersecurity, fintech and/or AI and understands landscape and unique challenges of early-mid stage startups. 


SR. ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Account Supervisors focus is on managing the day to day media relations, client programs/initiatives and launches. You are the primary leader of teams, responsible for managing workflow, client projects and focusing weekly activity on client results and goals. Supervisors are responsible for media and program strategy, but also contributors to overarching account strategy, client positioning and creative ideas.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 yrs of PR experience, strong earned media skills and relationships across cybersecurity, fintech and/or AI and excellent organizational and planning skills.
